What Is GENfluenced?

GENfluenced is a youth-led movement demanding ethical reform in big business.
Founded by a team of Gen Z students entering the business world, we believe in building a future where corporate success doesn’t come at the cost of human rights, transparency, or sustainability.

We’re not anti-business.
We’re anti-exploitation.
We want to enter this field — just not the way it is now.

To empower the next generation of business leaders to expose, challenge, and change unethical practices in the corporate world — through activism, education, and digital advocacy.

What We Do

• Call Out Corporate Harm
  We shine a light on companies that greenwash, underpay, abuse workers, or cut corners.

• Educate Our Generation
  Through videos, infographics, and toolkits, we teach teens how business really works — and how to change it.

• Build Campaigns That Push Back
  We create petitions, open letters, and direct action campaigns that demand transparency and justice.

• Create Disruptive Media
  From TikToks to deep-dive exposés, we make content that cuts through corporate PR — and builds pressure.

• Form Coalitions With Other Young Changemakers
  We collaborate with clubs, youth nonprofits, and student leaders across the country to amplify our reach.
